Instruments will only be sharpened when
received in sealed autoclaved bags
indicating Chemi-vapor or steam
sterilization exposure.
2. Instruments that are deemed unsafe
intra-orally will be returned and marked
with a red color coded band.
3. Instruments will be returned within 3
working days from the day they are
received, unless specifically indicated
by customer on order form or via
voicemail.
4. Payment (credit card information or
check) must be received with dull
instruments to ensure quick turn around
time.
5. Customers agree to pay for all
shipping fees to accommodate their
postage needs and rapid turn around
time. Sharp advantage will always strive
to use the least expensive method.
